Shipping and returns

Handling:

Most items will be packed and shipped the following business day after purchase.

For example:

Case1 - If the item was purchased on Tuesday, then your item would be shipped out on Wednesday. 

Case2 - If the item was purchased in the pm on Friday, then your item would most likely be shipped out next business day which would be Monday. (Pending any holidays)

 

Shipping:

Shipping will be provided via USPS or UPS

 

Returns:

7-day Return policy - If your package is damaged or you receive a defective item, please notify us.

Items DO NOT qualify for returns if the following conditions are not met:

• Any items with original packaging ripped or opened. 

However, if the box is opened a 20% re-stocking fee will apply if your return is accepted.

• Order Number
• Name
• Picture of item being returned if possible.
• Reason for return
